Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is the retail, gaming, entertainment, hospitality and cultural tourism entity of the Cherokee Nation. CNE operates ten casinos in Claremore, Fort Gibson, Ramona, Roland, Sallisaw, Tahlequah, Tulsa, West Siloam Springs, South Coffeyville, and Grove as well as two Cherokee Travel Plaza and convenience store, numerous restaurants and entertainment venues, six retail smoke shops, nine gift shops, two golf courses, two tourism welcome centers, four museums, three hotels, two horse racing tracks and KOA RV campground.
The Entry Clerk is responsible for assisting in the entry process by accepting entries from trainers, authorized agents, or any other authorized party and inputting the information into the computer database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned):
Input entry data into computer system.
Input foal papers into computer system.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be able to proficiently operate basic office equipment, computer, and basic computer programs utilized in daily operations (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Must be able to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License and/or an OHRC License.
The duties of this position are primarily performed in a climate controlled environment and has no or very limited exposure to physical risks.
