Well-established local law firm seeks legal administratve assistant/office admin to assist team in overall office operations including but not limited to organizing and maintaining files, answering phones, data entry, billing, accounts payable & receivables, collections, all clerical and administrative tasks as needed, as well as marketing and social media. Position will work under direction of Office Administrator, Attorneys and Legal Secretary. Great opportunity for someone interested in a legal career or a new career path.
Candidate must be professional, responsible and dependable. He/she must be able to communicate well verbally and via written word. Must be a quick-learner, able to multi-task, have a can-do attitude and possess initiative and ambition. These qualities will ensure success and potential growth within our established firm.
Spanish speaker is a plus, but not a requirement. Tech-savvy a plus.
Candidates MUST be located in Key West or lower Keys for consideration or have specific plans to relocate to the lower keys or Key West.
