We are looking for aSenior Sales Compensation Analyst, who will be an integral part of our growing Finance team. Reporting to the Compensation and Commissions Manager, this individual will work closely with Sales Operations, HR, and the extended Finance and Accounting teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our commissions reporting and administration processes.
Maintain calculation and plan data within our commissions system, Xactly Incent
Create, validate and audit monthly reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions crediting and payout results
Troubleshoot and resolve calculation and/or data errors within Xactly Incent
Work with Accounting and Payroll to prepare monthly close JEs and meet payroll deadlines
Perform testing and other support activities related to plan, quota, and policy changes
Develop and maintain administration process documentation
BA/BS degree in Business Administration or a related field
3+ years professional experience as a Commissions Analyst working for a SaaS company.
Experience with Xactly Incent or other sales commission tools strongly preferred
Excellent Excel and analytical skills
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM system
Proven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced environment
