What role will YOU play
The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
Managing the collections process and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Holding daily strategy meetings with all members of your team
Working select customer accounts and establishing contact over the phone and in-person
Ensuring customers make timely lease payments for their merchandise
Acting as a key holder, reviewing customer lease agreements

What do we need from YOU
At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR: a valid Driver’ License, and, if applicable, a DOT Physical/Certification
Two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred
Schedule flexibility between 8A – 9P, including Saturdays
Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
