We are a strategic messaging and PR firm where we help startups tell their story in a way that get's traction. You MUST be able to grasp a topic quickly and be able to write about it in a compelling way in order for this to be a good fit.
Currently, searching for a writer to help us research and create ongoing copywriting content, press releases, and ghost write pieces for our clients. This is a great opportunity to be part of our incredibly fast-growing industry as well as build your portfolio.
This candidate must be able to listen to a recording from our clients, do research on their industry, and then write and edit stories about their success.
Responsibilities
- Research to find the best headlines for clients story
- Write compelling stories that highlight client success or business description
- Must be confident in taking full control of a stories narrative
- Must be able to write articles that can be optimized for SEO keywords and search terms
- Willingness to make edits/ revisions if necessary
- Write 450-750 word pieces that get our clients excited
Requirements
- Must be EXTREMELY organized
- Have a background in journalism, writing, or long form copywriting
- Must be able to write clean and legible content on an individual or business
- Must also be willing to research/ learn about new topics if needed
- Fast TAT - we expect 48-72 hr turn around for every draft. If you can't do this, do not apply.
