The data entry technician is responsible for ensuring that data is entered and maintained in manner that ensures the highest level of operational effectiveness and data integrity.
Under the general supervision of the Director of Compliance, directs the functions related to the entry of service delivery data for program, provides related training and technical assistance, and ensures quality controls that provide for effective data management.
The Data Entry Technician creates all reports of statistical data using large data sets, manages the data integrity, monitors data to ensure accuracy and consistency, and identifies trends to assist management with making operational decisions.
Minimum qualifications include:
Associate’s Degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
Must possess at least 5 years of data entry experience; Child Plus system preferred
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and oversee the tasks completion of others
Supervisory experience required
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must pass the Drug Test.
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
