The Senior Director will lead Pfizer Digital’s Client Partner engagement for the Vaccines and Hospital business units at the global level. The colleague in this role will partner with the businesses to develop cohesive global digital strategies aligned with each business unit’s direction. The individual will be the primary point of contact for both divisions and will partner across commercial functions to drive innovative uses of digital, data and analytics and technology to create value for patients, HCPs, payers and Pfizer. The Vaccines/ Hospital BU Client Partner Lead will also manage a team of dedicated Client Partners. Working together the team will partner across the Pfizer Digital organization to properly position incoming digital demand and ultimately ensure the successful delivery of all BU-specific digital, data and analytics and technology solutions and platforms.


Act as primary point of contact for all Vaccines and Hospital digital demand, e.g., digital, data and analytics and technology
Lead and manage team of Pfizer Digital Client Partners dedicated to working with Vaccines and Hospital colleagues
Ensure proactive engagement of Client Partner team with the associated businesses
Lead the digital strategy, priorities and business case creation with both Vaccines and Hospital sponsors to achieve key business priorities and strategies.
Partner with the business teams to define clear business requirements and manage successful execution of the digital strategy including business case development, benefit attainment, solution adoption and scaling.

Basic Qualifications

Executive presence - ability to gain credibility with all levels of management; skills to craft and deliver presentations to, and obtain agreement from, senior management on recommendations/ideas/proposals.
Business Acumen - Overall knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry globally and a broad knowledge of the key factors that influence Pfizer and the Pharmaceutical industry. Broad and deep knowledge of the Vaccines and Hospital business segments, the associated product portfolio, business footprint and overall commercial demographics
Strategic Thinking - Ability to articulate the strategic use of digital, data and analytics/insights and technology solutions and capabilities to add business value and patient health impact.
Broad knowledge of the Pfizer Digital products, services and offerings across all Solution areas
Strong Interpersonal, Communication, Relationship Management and Collaboration Skills - Ability to build and maintain productive and trusted working relationships with various levels of management.Achieve results through shared resources (Pfizer businesses and Pfizer Digital) operating in a collaborative culture.Effective negotiation, influencing and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated Program Management and Organizational Leadership Skills - Large program management experience, organizational savvy to navigate matrixed structures, build effective teams, and experience leading large programs and teams
Financial and budget acumen – Ability to develop business cases and complete post benefit analysis
Undergraduate degree in technology and 12+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications

Significant prior experience developing and delivering digital, data analytics and technology solutions
Experience building and leading effective global teams
Driving change management
