This Business Analyst role will support 2nd.MD’s Client Management group by reporting on the overall performance of 2nd.MD clients and using data to drive insights across 2nd.MD’s customer base.
Support Account Management Team in helping deliver clients’ monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Assist in tracking of departmental budget
Assist in the tracking of client performance guarantees and associated risks
Work closely with the 2nd.MD operations team to project volume on a quarterly basis
Use data to measure the effectiveness of client marketing campaigns
Use data to drive insights and develop new strategies across 2nd.MD’s customer base Qualifications
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong facilitation and expert communication skills
Ability to develop and implement technical business solutions which meet stakeholders’ diverse expectations
Self-starter who can manage the pace of a high-growth company, identify needs and implement solutions
1-4 year’s of analyst experience
Experience with a high growth company in the benefits or healthcare space, a commercial healthcare carrier or a benefits consulting/brokerage firm is preferred, but not required.

This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
