We are seeking an Account Manager to join our efforts in expanding the success of our Onsite Wellness programs through increased customer care. This position will work with our Corporate Solutions team to deliver our Onsite Wellness programs to companies across North America.
Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, adding new locations and hours with assigned clients
- Ensure customer loyalty through successful onboarding and regular program reviews
- Take ownership of customer issues, driving resolution in a timely manner
- Ensure customer success by sending updated training or marketing materials, training of new contacts, and maintaining current contact information
- Work closely with the Corporate Solutions team and other departments to deliver maximum client retention, revenue, and customer service
- Test new versions of CRM software to optimize client experience
Qualifications – What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with focus on email and phone communication
- 1-2 years of Account Management experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with CRM functionality preferred
- Strong written and speaking skills with the ability to communicate clearly
- Critical listening skills
- EMR system knowledge a plus
- Familiarity with Environmental Health and Safety roles, OSHA, and/or corporate health and wellness a plus
- B2B sales experience a plus
- Experience in or passion for health and wellness industry

Benefits + Pay:
- Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000/year + Incentive Pay
