Role Description
This is a full-time WFH role. The Brand Partnerships Manager will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with brand partners, soliciting participation in our retail programs, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance our product offerings. The role requires a strong focus on business development within the food and grocery industry.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve company budget for all retail sampler box programs
- Collaborate with retail partners to create “wow” experiences for box recipients
- Identify and acquire new brand partners, particularly in the food and grocery sectors.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing brand partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess their fit.
- Solicit brand partners to participate in sampler boxes
- Manage brand partners within CRM
- Review and negotiate contracts with brand partners to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create standout unboxing experiences.
- Lead competitive analysis and product development initiatives.
- Delegate tasks to support teams and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the development of a supplier portal and other software tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in the food, grocery, or related industries.
- Strong track record in maintaining long term client relationships.
- Ability to evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with contract management software
- Bachelor's degree in Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Relevant skills for the role may include experience with financial analysis, sourcing strategies and contract administration.

- Commission: 1.5% on deals closed, with an expected commission potential of up to $7,500 annually.
