Field Inspectors/Estimators are involved in selling painting and construction services to clients. Field Inspectors spend the majority of their time traveling to and engaging in professional sales interactions at customers’ homes. While at customers’ homes, Field Inspectors assess customers’ needs, and recommend services that fulfill these needs and develop price quotes. Field Inspectors take measurements, pictures, and catalog descriptions of customers needs on home. This is a six month training position where a Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for closing transactions with customers.
Field Inspectors earn $31,200 base plus commissions based on their sales and are also eligible for bonuses based on sales performance.
Projected earnings: $31,200-45,000
Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday. Daytime Hours. Flexible schedule considered for students who can work weekends and at least 3 days during the week.

Traveling client to client within a targeted radius of 60 miles. Gas is reimbursed and consultants have the options of keeping mileage logs for personal tax purposes.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: Entry Level Position
Field Inspectors/Estimators must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
