The Building and Facilities Supervisor is responsible for activities related to all buildings, parking lots, properties owned and leased, furniture, safety and ongoing space planning evaluation and assessment. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supervise maintenance staff;
  • Furniture procurement and management;
  • Space management;
  • Building and grounds maintenance;
  • Oversee all cleaning, vending, security and building contracts;
  • Manage utilities infrastructure;
  • Participate in health and safety programs (may oversee some programs);
  • Manage the company warehouse and mobile units; and
  • Utilize the 5S methodology to manage all building and facilities.
