Scope of this position may include clientaccount management, recruitment team leadership and development, and recruitmentstrategy development.

Job description:

  • Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle from identifying and screening candidates throughsubmission, follow up and onboarding.
  • Build andmaintain strong candidate pipeline within technical skill focus
  • Leverageresearch skills to capture, organize, and share candidate and sourcinginformation
  • Employ aconsultative relationship with our client-facing Account Managers and provideregular updates on candidate pipeline and search strategies
  • Work directlywith hiring managers and end clients to anticipate future resource needs
  • Manage andmaintain relationships with contract employees while on assignment
  • Activelycontribute to the definition of future recruiting processes and sourcingstrategy
  • Overseepre-employment steps including reference checks and background checks whenapplicable


  • 3+ years offull lifecycle recruitment experience
  • Experiencerecruiting for both full-time and contract roles
  • Experience inboth internal and external recruitment highly desirable
  • Previous experiencein account management or eagerness to learn
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
  • Outstandingorganizational skills
  • Experiencerecruiting in technical domains
  • Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
