Job Title: Software Systems Analyst - Journeyman
Job Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Salary: Competitive, Depends on Qualifications
Clearance: Secret (must be current and active)
Travel: Up to 25% CONUS and potential OCONUS

Purpose:
To provide program management, business, acquisition and engineering support services to augment PEO C3T’s core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of the PEO and its associated project managers (PMs) and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with project leads from the various PEO C3T program offices.

Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, and documents systems engineering, integration, and readiness processes and procedures for PEO C3T systems.
Participates and assists in the coordination of the systems engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT) and other technical forums at the PEO and subordinate agency level.
Maintains the evolving Army Mission Command Systems (AMCS) architecture.
Coordinates with program, project and product management offices to assess the efficacy of the engineering and integration processes.
Provides support for the transformation of the Army and the fielding of digitized information infrastructures to the active and reserve components, including: analysis of user requirements, preparation of plans and associated documentation, conducting test and demonstration events, multi-organization coordination, performing risk assessments, and executing similar activities relevant to systems engineering and integration.

Education and Certifications:
Associates of Arts (AA) Degree, or two (2) years of Technical Education required, in Engineering or Computer Science.

Knowledge and Experience:
A minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
Four (4) additional years of direct, relevant, technical experience may substitute for education requirement.
