Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experiencedSenior Sales Managerto lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth for our busy resort hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies.
- Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our resort’s offerings.
- Collaborate with banquet, marketing and operations teams to optimize sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation for exceptional service.
**Qualifications:**
- 3 to 4 years of experience in sales management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
