We are seeking enthusiastic customer service team players to provide life safety and security alarm monitoring from our security call center in North Miami ,FL.
OMBS Security System is an ETL listed company for protective 24/7 signaling services. We install from start to finish the fire alarm system in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). We have been involved in a wide variety of projects including commercial building, high rise condominiums, medical facilities, and more. We provide you with leading edge technologies and all our life safety system are certified and code compliance.
General Statement of Job:
Monitor and reacts to security and life safety alarms . Monitor alarms to ensure security requirements are met. The OMBS Operator is responsible for answering routine and emergency calls, monitoring alarms. Including fire alarms , door alarms, and duress alarms and provides general assistance to clients.
- The OMBS operator will dispatch clients, security officers, police, fire and EMS personnel as required via telephone .
- The OMBS operator maintains various records of communication and events.
- The OMBS operator will escalate complaints and unusual/ critical event information to Assistant manager or OMBS owners.
- The OMBS operator answers and responds to events and situations received over regular and emergency phones and intercoms. Controls and monitors the two way communication systems.
- The OMBS operator will also be helping out the office in Miscellaneous office work
MUST BE BILLINGUAL- Preferred Spanish and English due to clientele

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
