Office Team is recruiting for Super Star Receptionist! Our client is looking for a Receptionist to handle a multi-line phone system. They are looking for someone with high-energy and excellent customer service. A strong delivery focus will be essential.

Main duties:
• Responsible for greeting all visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
• Answer all phone calls and transfer accordingly
• Respond quickly and professionally to internal and external requests
• Place orders for office supplies and kitchen supplies when inventory is low
• Place daily food order for lunch
• Setting up conference rooms for meetings
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
• 1-3+ years of receptionist experience
• Working knowledge of MS Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Detail Oriented
• Accountable, accurate, organized and disciplined
• Able to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Hours:
8:00AM - 5:00PM

Duration:
Temporary
