Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will assist the RN/Office Manager in delivering comprehensive care to our patients, ensuring a positive experience and optimal healthcare outcomes. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and open to direction from the Dr. and our experienced staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recovery of patient's post-surgery, providing compassionate care and support.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls with surgery patients to monitor their progress and address any concerns.
- Document and maintain accurate op notes for surgical procedures.
- Collaborate in Quality Improvement (QI) studies to enhance patient care practices.
- Maintain and assist with various logs and documentation as required.
- Support the scheduling of appointments and handle phone calls to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist the Dr. with Botox/Filler Injections. Perform Laser/ Skin treatments and keep accurate EMR notes.
- Provide support to the RN/Office Manager with all tasks as deemed necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Maine-Back ground check will be required
- Previous nursing experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
