NGL Logistics Coordinator Admin
The position is remote. Must have good communication skills and work well with others. Communication with our billing group, customers, and other coordinators will be needed daily. Initially during the training phase, it will be Mon-Friday 8am-5pm. Once training is complete, the hours will be 6am-4pm. The schedule could include weekends and after-hours assistance as needed. After training the admin will be back up to the two full-time Logistics Coordinators. MTC’s busy season is Oct-March. Summer months we work a flexible schedule while its slow.
Duties:
- Data entry, to include dispatch order entry, reports in excel and other Microsoft applications. Working in McLeod, Slack, and other transportation software programs.
- Answering emails and coordinating with the customers and MTC Team.
- Managing Slack communications with drivers and internal team.
- Tracking drivers and updating ETAs to customers and coordinators.
- Reports for customers and sending paperwork as needed.
- Daily duties can change and be assigned by the Director of Operations or two lead coordinators.
Position will eventually evolve into a full-time Logistics Coordinator after intense training. With that comes a more flexible schedule.
Salary will be based on experience. Medical, dental,41K, short-term and long term-disability available.
Entry level into transportation is encouraged.
