Role of the Call Center Customer Service Associate
The Call Center Customer Service Associate's role is to represent Fry's Electronics on the telephone and through electronic communication using a friendly and professional approach. The associate will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer concerns, providing support, and using various software applications to make inquiries and research information for our customers. Customer Service Associates assist customers by providing information regarding product delivery, status of orders, freight claims, promotions, and product returns and replacements.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Professional and courteous phone demeanor
A minimum of 12 months of customer service experience required
Intermediate level of PC knowledge and experience using MS Word, email, and Internet Explorer or a similar web browser.
Basic knowledge of computers and consumer electronics-related products
Average error-free typing speed of 40 words per minute
