Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team. As the main point of contact for our guests, the Guest Services Representative assumes a vital role in delivering unparalleled customer services and curating transformative experiences that linger in our guests’ memories. What you'll do:
- Warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional customer care.
- Actively listen to understand guest needs and concerns, offering timely and professional solutions
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide detailed information about our services and amenities.
- Manage guest inquiries and feedback, while resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

- Anticipate client needs by understanding their scheduled services, collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional experiences.

What you bring:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Ability to remain focused on tasks at hand despite distractions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests of all backgrounds.

- A genuine passion for exceeding expectations and delivering memorable experiences.
