The Test Manager will join our team supporting a VA product line Independent Verification and Validation quality assurance contract.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead all test activities across the team

Develop and deliver Master Test Plan and subsequent supporting plans

Provide supervision and feedback to the team

Represent team in customer meetings
-
Work collaboratively with the project manager to deliver contract deliverables.

Manual and Automation testing – smoke, functional, performance, section 508, security, regression testing

Create reports, track problems, and report on errors that are identified
- Configure necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete testing
-
Understanding of cloud web environments
- Participate in the requirements definition process to better understand the customer needs to create acceptance criteria and test cases
- Follow established team-developed coding and software tools standards

Deliver Testing and Scripting Services; Store in GitHub

Knowledge of scaled agile framework (SAFe) and planning increments
-
Customer-centric delivery and service skills.

Ability to develop and run test plans; deliver test reports.

Ability to write scripts

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks
- TestNG or other Automation Test Frameworks

- Experience with VistA/MUMPS (Massachusetts General Hospital Utility Multi-Programming System) [a plus]

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.
