RN WEEKEND BAYLOR - SIGN ON BONUS $3,000
Join Community Nurse and provide healthcare the way it should be, patient focused.
Requirements:
1. Currently licensed as RN in Massachusetts
2. Graduate of an approved school for professional nursing,
3. A minimum of one year of recent experience in direct patient care nursing.
4. Previous home care experience preferred.
5. Casamba Home experience a plus.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. Give skilled comprehensive nursing care to all age, gender, and cultural groups.
2. Assess client status upon initial home visit to identify needs in order to develop comprehensive case management plan.
3. Using basic teaching principles, counsel and instruct the patient, family and/or significant other in meeting nursing and related needs.
4. Coordinate services through organizing, securing, integrating and modifying the resources necessary to accomplish goals set forth in the case management plan.
5. Document in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain a clinical record for each morbidity patient.
6. Communicate any changes in patient condition and needs to physician and other personnel.
Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8-5pm - Holiday Rotation
