The Business Solutions Services Intern will gain real-world experience actively participating in the design and development of solutions for document management and business process management. The intern will work as part of the business team to develop requirements, coordinate testing, and partner with ICT to build and maintain high customized solutions.
Detailed documentation of design solutions including end user level translations.
Meet timelines for agreed upon deliverables related to project work and other items assigned.
Gather and document detailed comprehensive records requirements from business units and distinguish between preferred and required practices.
Analyze and document current system and process flow data from the business unit and consult with management team and ICT to collect technical and systems requirements.
Consult with business unit management to clarify process needs and current operations, to understand the purpose and content of the requested enhancement, and to ensure the business process requires automation.
Must be pursuing a B.S. or B.A. in Applied Technology, Computer Science, Application Development, Information Technology, Technology Project Management, Web Application Development, or related degree.
Must demonstrate superior independent communication skills as well as effective verbal and written communications.
Must demonstrate the ability to multitask.
High level analytical skills and attention to detail.
Project Management experience.
Basic Web Development, SQL skills.
