As Executive Assistant to the President, you will be responsible for providing executive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will primarily support the President and his staff. You will also collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Impossible Foods employees through a variety of tasks related to the organization.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment
Be responsible for scheduling and managing the President’s calendar
Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts, while proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external partners
Organize and coordinate international/domestic travel and related requirements
Provide support in handling logistics and arranging executive meetings including coordination of presenters’ presentation materials, slides, notes and/or briefing notes
Undertake special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by the President
Coordinate, plan, and organize small-to large-scale meetings on behalf of the executive team
Perform general office duties such as reception of guests and coordination of site visits, handling mail and packages, food ordering and delivery
Complete various forms, including: purchase requisitions, shipping requests, travel expense reports, requests for payment, etc.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
Excellent computer/typing, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, able to multi-task in a constantly changing environment, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
Effective in prioritizing and coordinating meetings
Punctual and dependable
Professional, motivated, and energetic with a warm and friendly personality
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Proficient with Gmail Suite and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong writing and proofreading skills
College degree preferred
