Job Description:
The Digital Platforms & Strategy (DPS) team is responsible for Bank of America’s digital experiences, including our award-winning native mobile apps. This position will be responsible for leading the go-to-market and end-of-market activities for mobile app releases.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Partnering across the organization to understand the mobile roadmap
  • Maintaining the go-to-market and end-of-market calendar of activities
  • Working with XD and Marketing to create customer-facing content
  • Partnering with Technology to execute small initiatives
  • Conducting business acceptance testing
  • Maintaining control processes to safeguard digital experiences
  • Developing strong relationships with our Technology, Experience Design, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Legal, Risk and Compliance partners
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of mobile technology with 5+ years of experience in digital product/project management
  • Proficiency with Agile project lifecycles and deliverables
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, including experience in copywriting
  • Detail oriented and strong ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude
  • Assemble compelling executive-ready updates
  • Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills
