Outpatient Surgery Center located in Lake Mary, Florida is looking for an OR RN Circulator that is interested in growing with the Ambulatory Surgery Center. We are an Orlando Health affiliate. Open Monday through Friday. Pay rate is negotiable.
Candidates need to be a team player that is willing to cross train into other areas. Circulator experience in at least several of the following Specialties: Urology, Gynecology, General Surgery, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Podiatry, GI, and Ophthalmology.

Required Skills
- Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing *
- Baccalaureate degree preferred or work related experience and *
- Two years of experience in operating room, preferably in Ambulatory Surgery Center*
- Current Florida RN License*
- Multi-Specialty Experience is Required*
- BLS and ACLS *
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple projects*
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, families, and vendors*
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to correlate clinical data with patient's medical and nursing care.
- Assesses, plans, evaluates and ensures the implementation of the patient's care, from admission to discharge, to achieve identified outcomes and delivers safe patient care according to facility policy and procedure.
- Demonstrates the ability to direct and provide for patient care in emergency situations according to physician and administrative policy.
- Completes nursing documentation one each operative procedure.
- Maintains adequate room supplies, assists in stocking and replenishing, outdating and preparation of supplies. Notifies appropriate staff member to order supplies as needed.
- Reviews and updates physician preference cards as needed.
- Assists physician and anesthesia personnel as needed.
