Our Upgrade Solution Specialist s are the first point of contact for our customers. They offer our existing customers exclusive offers and upgrades.

A Day in the Life:
Our Upgrade Specialists reach out to our existing customers to offer upgrades and exclusive offers. Successful Specialists determine customer needs and provide a white glove experience from start to finish.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school degree or GED equivalent
Prior sales experience is a plus
Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, data bases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
Ability to work designated shift full-time

Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Ability to work full-time and make and receive phone calls
