Administrative assistant must know English and be able to communicate effectively by phone and through email, answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate employee, type up shipping documents and quotations, be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, and available to start work within 2 weeks and be able to work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on Monday through Friday. NEEDS TO BE RELIABLE AND ON TIME EVERY DAY.

This position is a temporary to a possible permanent position if needed.
