Position has the responsibility for supporting the mission, vision, values of the hospital. Applies generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and corporate accounting policy guides (APC’s) to account for facility operations, recommend and maintain internal controls and provide financial information to internal and external users. This includes, but is not limited to preparing and entering journal entries, account analysis and reconciliation’s, subsidiary ledger reporting and balancing, and reviewing financial information for accuracy. Responsible in Accounting Budget, assist the department in meeting corporate deadline.

High School graduate
BBA in Accounting
1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare.
Proficient with personal computers, Windows, Excel spreadsheets; 10-key by touch and 35 wpm typing
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
Must be detail oriented and highly organized
Possess analytical skills to interpret financial and statistical data and to define and resolve issues.
