Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of relevant work experience in a strategic capacity in management consulting firms, sales operations, marketing strategy, or corporate strategy roles.
Experience in building, inspiring and leading teams.
MBA or Master's degree.
Experience leading sales strategy and operations teams in complex and matrix environments.
Experience leading analytics functions or capabilities.
Understanding of the advertising ecosystem.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizational lines and borders.

The Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As the Head of Cross-Channel Acquisitions Strategy and Operations, you will lead the vision and strategy to acquire small businesses globally and help them be successful with Google ads. You will develop cross-functional strategies and drive alignment across third-parties, marketing, and product teams. You will also develop solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business challenges.
You'll combine analytical rigor and thought leadership to drive improvements across customer segmentation and prioritization, engagement strategy, and organization design. You will manage a team responsible for driving this agenda and you will partner with senior executives in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Strategy and Operation to ensure smooth execution. You will also be sought out as a trusted advisor by leaders across the organization.

Develop, influence, and drive a holistic, long-term vision for customer acquisition programs in Google Customer Solutions that prioritize customer success, while delivering measurable growth impact to Google.
Engage Google Customer Solutions and cross-functional leaders often, building alignment for program evolution and helping to land changes for growth.
Identify and develop go-to-market strategies and investment frameworks for untapped opportunities across Google Customer Solutions ecosystem.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Services (gTech), Agency teams, and Product Management to ensure an in sync go-to-market strategy globally.
Act as a key contributor and part of the global Acquisitions Programs leadership team. Partner with peers to deliver unified and cohesive solutions, hire and build teams, and grow overall team culture.
