We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast paced high volume clinic. Bilingual a plus and pain management experience a plus. Procedure Scheduler Position:
- Verify insurance benefits for procedures.
- Obtain authorizations for all procedures prior to patients scheduled procedure date.
- Provide patient with out of pocket amounts.
- Be familiar with various insurance portals to obtain authorization.
- Submit appeal letters when necessary.
- Maintain log for all ordered procedures.
- Check patients out and schedule procedures at check-out.
- Ensure that any cancelled procedures are rescheduled in a timely manner.
- Sending posting packets to all facilities a week in advance.
- Keep constant communication with providers regarding any changes in procedure schedule and start times.
- Must be organized.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by clinic lead or office manager.

Medical Assistant Position:
We have 1 position available for immediate hire for Medical Assistant for our fast paced growing pain management clinic. The medical assistant MUST be willing to travel to multiple locations throughout the week. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast paced high volume clinic. Bilingual a plus and pain management experience a plus. The main office location is located in the Woodlands/Spring area with satellite locations being in Conroe, Memorial City and Baytown. Mileage reimbursement is provided when traveling to the satellite locations.
Job description
Must be willing to travel to multiple locations weekly, mileage reimbursement is provided.
- Room patient and take Vitals
- Perform prior authorizations for medications and imaging
- Scribe for providers in the EMR
- Ensure rooms are fully stocked and cleaned
- Assist in procedure suite with operating the C-arm
- Perform additional duties as assigned by clinic lead or office manager'
- Assist in the procedure suite using the C-Arm machine

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
