Human Resource Manager/Recruiter

The HR Manager/Recruiter will be responsible for the areas of talent management and sourcing, as well as consultative role with managers in a variety of areas including communications, employee relations, performance management, resource management, team and individual development, practice/policy interpretation and application, and other management challenges.


Develop a HR consultative role with managers
Source, recruit and hire top talent for a variety of positions including technical and non-technical roles
Partner with various hiring manager across the organization to execute hiring plans
Manage a positive recruiting experience internally and externally (working with internal partners and candidates)
Own the on-boarding processes, new hire orientations and training in collaboration with company leaders
Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records and activity are current, and provide weekly reports
Develop a HR consultative role with managers
Proactively manages legal risk; ensures manager and employee compliance with company guidelines, and governmental regulations
Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
Proactively respond to employee questions regarding but not limited to the following - benefits, employee relations, and company guidelines

Required Skills and Qualifications:
BA/BS in Human Resources, business or related fields
3+ years of in-house and technical recruiting experience, ideally for technology companies
Demonstrated ability and track record of success of filling abroad range of positions in a timely manner
Prior experience working with ATS systems (Jazz) and other recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable and flexible
Highly detail oriented and ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
High business acumen with the ability to articulate the company and job openings clearly to candidates
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with employee information.
