We are looking for a Technical Instructor to join our Education Services team.

Your primary responsibility will be delivery (70%) of instructor-led training to Panzura customers worldwide. Additional responsibility will be content creation (30%). An understanding of the technologies powering our Panzura Freedom Filers is critical for the successful adoption of our filers, so you will play a pivotal role in demystifying and demonstrating the benefits and strengths of our filers to our customers and partners.

The ideal candidate is a mixture of deep technical skills and the ability to teach and engage students. You are someone who feels passionate about imparting your expertise and helping others in their learning journey.

70% time is delivering instructor-lead courses to our customers around the globe.
30% time is course development - creating and maintaining course content, hands-on labs exercises, or quizzes and tests.
Collaborate with the field organization & customers to tailor content as required.
Research new products and features, collaborating with Engineering teams to create accurate and in-depth content.

Bachelor's degree and / or 6 years equivalent work experience
Expertise in one or two data storage technologies
Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory
Expertise in linux / UNIX operating systems
Proven teaching and classroom management skills to a diversely skilled audience
Experience in remote delivery methodologies
Must have extremely strong teamwork ethic and be customer support focused
Good time management and organizational skills
Experience with course development methodologies and best practices
The position is remote and may require the ability to travel several weeks per quarter

Experience with VMWare VMs and infrastructure
Experience with Adobe Captivate
Panzura Freedom Filer expertise is a huge bonus
Experience with cloud providers is a plus
