The Program Manager/Associate Program Manager: at our Eden Prairie, MN location works with all internal departments to design and manage the strategic and critical components of each program. Oversee the internal development and execution of assigned programs and acts as the liaison between ThreeWire and the client. Responsible for continually measuring the effectiveness of these campaigns and identifying opportunities for acceleration.

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Project management (70%):
  • Manage project activities in order to meet or exceed client and ThreeWire expectations
  • Participate in preparation and/or review of Statements of Work as appropriate
  • Assist in establishing project tactics, pricing, and pricing strategies
  • Work with client and ThreeWire team to define program goals
  • Use advanced skills to create and maintain project management tools and deliverables
  • Assist in presenting status reports and other project deliverables
  • Prepare project management components of project budgets, aids in estimating overall budgets, monitors project budgets
Client management (15%):
  • Maintain client relationships for the project management area; assists Account Executive with setting and managing client expectations
  • Uses high level communication skills to interact, as appropriate, with all levels of management at the client
  • Identify scope changes and develop and manage change orders with the client
  • Prepare and deliver program reports and analyses
  • With other team members, prepares and provides client training and/or presentations
Industry Knowledge (15%):
  • Maintain and continually expand knowledge of the healthcare industry, call center services, project management techniques, marketing services, tactics, and techniques
Education Requirements: :
  • BA/BS in the sciences, marketing, or business; or equivalent education/ relevant experience
  • Project Management Certification (such as PMP) is a plus, but is not required
Qualifications and Experience Requirement:
  • Four or more years of project management experience in managing complex marketing projects for the healthcare industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, managed care, etc.), clinical trial recruitment projects, and/or other complex marketing service projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage projects in a complex environment with multiple business customers and vendors/alliances
  • Demonstrated analytical ability in business planning, strategy development, and financial management/acumen.
  • Proven team building, team leadership, and project management skills and experience in implementing complex deliveries and driving continuous process improvement within the project
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and gain the confidence of all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking abilities to work with varying levels of resources to ensure delivery of expectations in a fast-paced environment, with willingness and enthusiasm for hands-on completion of tasks (if required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio)
Performance Measures:
  • Project Success – as part of the project team, delivery of forecasted project objectives within forecasted time and budgetary goals. As the project manager, successful completion and delivery of all project management tasks and deliverables
  • Customer Satisfaction – project management surveys will be completed with the client at critical junctures (after project launch, at predefined interim points for long projects, and upon project closure)
  • Teamwork – as scored by both team member surveys and subjective senior management review
  • Project Management Office and Operational Processes – participate fully and effectively in development of project management processes and templates, and operational processes linked to project management
