Summary:
Support Financial Services Account Director in tactical execution of client support plan; provide daily program management and documentation, maintain accurate and complete client data, and provide responsive communication to clients. Service new and existing Financial Services, Individual Health, and Medicare clients.

Minimum Qualifications:
College degree preferred
Florida Life/Health/Variable Annuity (2-15) license required
Ability to obtain proper CMS Certifications
Willingness to obtain Series 6 and 63 licenses
Advanced training toward FFS designation or Series 6 license helpful

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in life insurance and financial services required.
Ideal candidate would have experience in Individual Health and Medicare.

General Job Functions:
Financial Services
Generate illustrations inputting client/prospect and carrier data into analysis software program and management software
Order medical review(s) for Life Insurance
Compare and analyze premiums, fees, and coverage terms
Manage timelines and communications with markets
Manage case underwriting process including application processing and confirmation, medical exams and case approval
Verify accuracy of program documents
Maintain accuracy of client data
Maintain FINRA compliant files and documents
Ensure timeliness with regard to time sensitive information and carrier demands
Provide client data changes to carrier
Serve as liaison with service providers
Individual Health and Medicare
Engage with inbound prospects prior to point of sale for guidance and direction
Meet with client in person, over the phone, or virtual environment to present and/or review coverage options for enrollment
Enter client/prospect data into management software before submission to markets
Prepare submissions and send to markets
Manage timelines with carriers / service providers
Compare and analyze premiums, fees, and coverage terms
Verify accuracy of program documents
Complete conversion / new client checklist
Facilitate preparation for annual enrollment meetings
Maintain accuracy of client data
Provide client data changes to carrier
Serve as liaison with service providers
