KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES

Benefits:
Administers, analyzes and evaluates corporate benefit plans and programs
Be the point person for benefits, 401(k) and LOA which includes administration of enrollment, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, and disability
Serves as primary day-to-day contact for third party administrators.
Oversees billing process for all plans
Maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits database and update employee payroll records
Ensures integrity of enrollment data for vendor feeds and resolves errors in a timely manner
Troubleshoots issues and resolves problems related to the plans, eligibility, enrollment, etc.
Develops, updates, reviews, and distributes print and electronic benefits communications
Leads and sets up open enrollment process and meetings.
Maintains compliance schedule for all plans
Administers ACA eligibility and required reporting

Compensation:
Participation in compiling salary data for compensation survey
Research, analyze and propose compensation planning for base, bonus and commission plans
Administers aspects of compensation program including reviews and bonus programs
Reviews salary adjustments to ensure actions are within established guidelines and policies

Additional Responsibilities:
Administer new performance management process
Involvement in Labor Certification Application, PERM, H-1B and visa applications
Onboarding/Offboarding: Conduct new hire orientation and termination process
Assist with other HR projects in areas such as Events, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and more!

Things we're looking for:
3+ years of relevant human resources experience preferably within a similar fast paced environment
BA/BS degree required
Knowledge of federal, state and local labor laws and regulations.
Depth in compensation analysis preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (proficiency in Excel preferred), ADP, HRIS, Croner (or other benchmarking surveys), State and Federal leave programs
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Creativity and a “can do” attitude (energy and ideas matter!
