Provide expert advice and counsel on intelligence community (IC) governance and policy topics to the sponsor and partner groups. Prepare responses for and contribute input on key tasks, including advising the sponsor on IC authorities and policies, identifying the potential policies required, and developing content for and commenting on draft documents for senior audiences. Recommend sound and repeatable approaches to measuring key initiatives and procurement activities for the overall open source function.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of communications, decision briefing, strategic planning, and US IC governance or policy initiatives
- Knowledge of business process re-engineering, organizational assessments, organizational restructure or design, organizational restructuring, and change management
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- BA or BS degree
