## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our home healthcare team to provide to provide care in our patients home throughout the San Francisco Peninsula and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on patient care and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor, assess, and document patient symptoms and vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
-Valid CA Driver's License
-Proof of Insurance
-Able to travel within 15 - 25mile radius on a daily basis
