Customer Solutions Specialists are responsible for creating peace of mind to over 1.5 million SmartHome customers. Whether you are providing technical assistance, helping with a past due balance, or updating account info for our customers, you will be responsible for providing a world-class experience in each interaction.

Training: 3 weeks paid, mandatory training

Pay: $13.00 base pay

Performance Bonus: Top Performers earn up to an extra $2.00-$3.00/hour which is dependent on your own performance.

Essential Function/Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from Vivint Smart Home customers & employees
Develop extensive knowledge of Vivint Smart Home’s varied product line and troubleshooting processes
Be an advocate for our customers, creating peace of mind
Troubleshoot varying degrees of technical problems
Educate customer on the use of our systems and products
Provide personalized solutions
Accurately document and update records in required systems
Generate customer interest by outlining the value in the services & products we offer
Build customer loyalty through exceptional customer service

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a background check and be licensed through the State of Utah as a Burglar Alarm Company Agent
