We are looking for a customer focused, dynamic, leader to manage a team of Recruiting Coordinators in Ops Tech. Our Recruiting Coordinators (RC) team works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high-quality recruiting organization. The RC team is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates their first impression of Amazon. At the same time, the RC and Ops Tech organization is a key driver on process improvement and optimizations.

The successful candidate for this leadership role will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, problem-solve and handle a variety of complex tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities Include:
This person will lead and build a team of RC’s and help set the direction/strategy of the RC function within Ops Tech to help support the hiring demand of our business.
Determining RC structural workload distribution and staffing needs within the Ops Tech organization and work with recruiting leadership to position RC team in order to deliver on current and future needs of each business.
Analyze and evaluate recruiting operations processes and workflows, defining and driving alternative work procedures to improve productivity.
You will be responsible for creation and delivery of new and current productivity dashboards that closely measure and monitor all critical KPI’s to insure the team is tracking in the right way to support the hiring demand from all stakeholders.
Own and actively manage hiring and developing the best talent for this team along with keeping a high bar for the team consistent with Amazon leadership principles.
Participate in other recruiting/HR related initiatives to iterate on processes and provide the best recruiting support possible.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or years of relevant experience
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business partners and candidates.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work autonomously.
Experience with driving process optimization within a recruiting or similar environment
Proficient with Excel, Word & Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma/Lean process exposure desired
Recruiting Operations leadership experience within a high growth tech company
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities by setting clear/realistic expectation
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-driven environment while modeling Amazon’s Leadership Principles
Proven success within large and complex organizations, building collaborative partnerships with customers and partners
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
MBA or other advanced degree
