Support Skechers' Food and Beverage initiative include cafe, catering, photo shoots, etc. by focusing on the data input and reporting. Assist with spontaneous requests to work in the cafe when demand peaks and/or when staffing levels do not meet demand. Administrative tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently input recipes into ChejTec. Ensure current ingredient pricing is accurate. Monitor and communicate food cost variances
Maintain POS inventory and ingredient costs to enhance reporting tool accuracy
Assist as official back up for the cafe as needed
Organize/Maintain all uniforms including Cafe, Security, Maintenance and Valet
Type, Print and Distribute Savva 's Menus as needed
Administrative tasks to support Catering
Other duties as assigned
Proficient at data entry and POS software.
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education - Degree Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
