We are looking for someone with a strong background supporting Senior Level Executives. The successful candidate will be flexible, thoughtful, self-motivated, quick-thinking, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization. This candidate should have top-notch complex scheduling skills, exceptional MS Office skills, strong operational skills and heavy global travel management experience. Overall calendar management for CEO. Involves managing multiple competing requests for face to face as well as teleconference meetings.
Use judgment and experience to schedule, confirm and redirect meeting requests. Calendar requests include routine/periodic meetings (weekly, monthly), Board of Directors meetings, customer meetings, ad hoc company meetings and urgent meetings.
Logistic coordination for meetings including preparing and distributing agendas and reserving and preparing facilities. Ensure all parties are informed of and kept abreast of schedule, location and other logistics.
Coordinates travel arrangements, sometimes complex international travel with strong detail orientation, anticipating transportation, lodging, meeting and communication needs while traveling.
