Job Description:
20% Take ultimate ownership of assigned product(s). Meet with assigned product providers regularly to remain Allied’s internal subject matter expert (SME) in order to champion products and manage, provider relationships, implement and monitor compliance requirements related to assigned products

20% Oversee, develop, and implement lead registration processes. Support and/or lead development of Allied product and marketing proposals and marketing plans (e.g. bundling of product solutions for sales proposals)

15% Independently establish and implement product marketing plans for both new and existing products to educate our sales team, stimulate sales activity, and support product growth

15% Provide product and sales support to sales team members and clients to help facilitate and close sells and service existing clients

10% Independently create, update, and distribute product information and marketing material to support marketing plans

5% Understand competitive marketplace to effectively communicate information in order to drive marketing strategies

5% Manage and monitor monthly product financials, control expenses to adhere to the established budget, understand and explain variances, develop and implement remediation plans, assist with developing the annual budget for assigned products.

5% Manage & support corporate initiatives as assigned, offer solutions/suggestions to improve current procedures and systems

5% Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree required and minimum of 5 years of related experience in the financial institution industry, or sales and marketing field required
Ability to multi-task with experience working in fast paced environment
Experience with leading / coordinating complex projects
Ability to troubleshoot problems and/or issues; strong ability to deal with problems involving several variables in non-standardized situations
Strong customer service and administrative skills required
Above average proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience learning quickly, working independently, and meeting deadlines
Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and listening skills essential
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as commissions, proportions, and percentages and the ability to present results in standardized and non-standardized analysis formats
