- Payroll & Sales Tax Preparation for multiple states so multi-year experience in quarterly and annual payroll tax preparation is a must.
- Strong verbal & writing skills along with friendly, outgoing personality required to work directly with small business owners
- Communication with clients via telephone and/or video conferencing so good communication skills and professional appearance are required
- All clients utilize QuickBooks Desktop or QBO so extensive experience in that software is necessary for success
- Flexible hours as you determine your own work schedule
- Your pay is based upon a percentage of billing so you control how much you earn by the hours invested, along with the speed, accuracy and efficiency of your work. Most good bookkeepers should earn a minimum of $35/hour under this incentive-pay system and very efficient bookkeepers can earn $50+/hour.
- The right candidate should have experience working as a remote bookkeeper for multiple clients and require no additional training. Submit resume only if you are well-qualified, a speedy and accurate processor and ready to make money right away!
- This is a full-time (or significant part-time) position, with growth opportunities for advancement to Management positions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online versions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of multi-client bookkeeping experience
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have high-speed computer and internet

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
