Location: Bellevue, WA
Full life cycle recruitment and management of the talent acquisition process including, but not limited to phone screens, candidate assessments, candidate tracking status updates, interview feedback sessions, compensation analysis, offer extension and onboarding. Partner with Account Executives and HR colleagues to develop position content that is thorough, alluring to candidates, and aligns with business strategy. Build candidate profiles to understand overall requirements and success factors.
Devise and implement a comprehensive recruitment and sourcing strategy to identify potential candidates from referrals, cold calls, social media, conferences and trade shows, referrals, professional organizations, market research, and other related channels. Regularly contribute to the development of new concepts and techniques to acquire critical talent for the assigned business area.
Manage active candidates throughout he recruitment process through effective communication to ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain talent pipelines through ongoing, targeted communication to stay in contact with potential candidates who have experience that aligns with current and future business requirements.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business area, capabilities, market challenges and key skills to create proactive recruitment plans and function as a subject matter expert to the business.
Promote and support the Employee and External Resource Referral Incentive Program.
Complete reports to provide requisition status and measure recruiting performance.
Attend local and out-of-state career fairs and professional events.
