Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, profitability, and exceptional guest experience

Foster a culture of teaching and learning

Manage P&L, food costs, and inventory

Build strong relationships with management, team members, and vendors, demonstrating leadership and integrity

Motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals
Restaurant Manager Requirements:

3+ years of progressive experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service restaurant

Proven leadership, communication, and follow-through skills
-
ServeSafe certification
-
Flexibility to work various shifts
