Job Summary
We are looking for a Learning Content Specialist who will be responsible for creating and maintaining training documentation, video tutorials, and e-learning courses that effectively communicate technical concepts and procedures to our internal end-users & stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain training content, including user guides, process simulations, video tutorials, e-learning courses, and other supporting materials.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, developers, and stakeholders to gather information and understand various technology solutions.

Translate complex technical concepts and procedures into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation suitable for different audiences.

Organize and structure information effectively to ensure easy accessibility and readability of documentation.

Update existing documentation to reflect changes in functionality, enhancements, and new features.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards.

Review and edit documentation created by other team members for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Assist in creating and maintaining a Learning Management System (LMS) for end-users.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback on training content and incorporate necessary changes.
Requirements
-
Associates degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality documentation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience working in an Agile development environment and using collaborative tools for documentation, such as JIRA and MS Teams a plus.

Familiarity with documentation tools and technologies, such as Infor UAP, Articulate or similar platforms a plus.

Familiarity with design tools and software, such as Canva and Adobe a plus.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, preferably Absorb LMS.
