This position supports an intelligence community customer storage site with a staff of between 20 - 30 made up of both government employees and contractors. The site receives equipment from contractors, conducts test and inspection activities on new equipment, on equipment being prepared for issue and on equipment returned after use. Other technical staff build equipment components that support unique equipment configuration requirements.
Stockage Inventory Maintenance:
Develops authorized stockage list ICW customer, PCB Fabrication SME, Assembly Expert, and Design Tech.
Maintain inventory to stockage objective (using reorder point, reorder quantity) submitting requirements to procurement lead, providing three quotes and recommended source.
Production job Pulling and Production job Audits
Perform Production job audits within 24 hours after the order is received.
Coordinate with other PCB staff to resolve any discrepancies, prior to releasing the Production job to assembly.
Maintain parts shortage list with expected delivery date from procurement lead.
Update Production job parts audit status in tracking system.
Deliver completed Production jobs to Assembly, ready for build (the board quantities per Production job must match the quoted increments).
Record issue of parts to assembly in the inventory system.
Visually inspect and count all incoming components.
Ensure components supplied match the P.O. and packing slips
Advise purchasing on any discrepancies.
Ensure all deliveries are recorded into the inventory control system.
Receiving, Production job auditing, order pulling for consigned and turnkey contracts
Receive materials, stock to shelves, perform accurate and timely Production job pulls and
Production job audits.
Must be able to audit and verify materials and counts with minimal errors.
Need to work with limited supervision.
Need to be a self-starter and work at a fast pace yet under control.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience with identification and inventory control of PCB components
High School Diploma or equivalent
TS Clearance with current or recent access to SCI and CI polygraph is required.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
Must be knowledgeable in electronic parts and components.
Must be proficient at Microsoft Excel and other MS Office software
Must have basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Maintain clean, well-organized work area while performing all assigned tasks in a manner consistent with company safety/environmental regulations.
