We're looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, working in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry in Texas, United States.

In this permanent work-at-home role, you will take your exemplary customer service skills, patience, understanding and compassion to answer inbound phone calls for our clients' members or customers.
We offer medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits as well as earned PTO. Salary is up to $13.25/hr in training, and $15.25/hr in production.
Responsibilities:

Perform PCP Change/Provider Lookup.

Look up Medical Benefits such as benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisite, and coverage.

Review of Ancillary Benefits such as Dental, Vision, Over the Counter, etc.

Process claims inquiries, Member may receive a bill for a service (ex: MRI procedure).

Answer enrollment/disenrollment inquiries.

Answer Grievances/Complaints.

Perform billing such as making payments, transaction history, premium inquiries, etc.

Manage LEP inquires and disputes.

Assist in material request such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs.

Provide self-help options such as member portal.

Provide local locations to pharmacies, OTC and Specialist.

At least High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 18 months Call center experience

Healthcare background a plus

Fluent in Spanish and English

Minimum of 2 years Computer Experience in work environment
